System Requirements

Nectari DataSync requires the following:

  • One of the following operating systems:

    • Windows Server 2022

    • Windows Server 2019
    • Windows Server 2016

    • Windows Server 2012 R2

      Important

      Windows Server 2012 R2 will no longer be supported as of October 10, 2023.

    • An additional dependency is required if you are installing .NET Runtime.

  • Microsoft IIS 10 or 8.5: The installation package manages the configuration of IIS Roles and Features; however, it must be activated prior to launching the package.

    Important

    Microsoft IIS 8.5 will no longer be supported as of October 10, 2023.

  • SQL Server database (compatible with the Express version): a connection to SQL Server is required during installation (and use) of Nectari DataSync.

  • ASP.NET Core / .NET Core - Runtime & Hosting Bundle v.2.2.8 (automatically installed by the package).

    Important

    Only version 2.2.8 is supported. Do not install a higher version.

  • It is highly recommended to create a dedicated SQL user.
