Add a Job

  1. In the Cubes list, select a cube.
  2. In the Navigation Bar, click the Navigation drop-down list and select Scheduler.
  3. Click Add Job.

  4. Click Save.

Parameter Description
Description Description of the job.
Action
  • Load All removes all records from the data sources and reloads them all.

  • Refresh adds and modifies records based on the trackings defined at the data source level.

Environment Select environment for the job to apply.
Active Deactivate the job by unselecting this check box.
Settings
  • Start on: Select a start date for the job to run.

  • On the left pane, select the interval (once, daily, weekly, monthly).

  • From: Select the time to run.

  • Time Zone: Select a time zone for the job.

  • Expire: Click the check box and select a date and time to stop the job at the desired moment.

Note

If the cube is new or if the previous job did not complete successfully, the next job will be perform a Load All action even if it was set as a Refresh action.
