Manage License

The Manage License option displays all the information related to the current license. It also displays the number of users actually using the software.

  1. In the Administration section , click Manage License in the left pane.

  2. Perform one or more of the following actions:

    • Update License: The Update License button will connect to the Nectari manufacturer to retrieve the latest information and will automatically update the current license based on the information received. (ex: If you purchase more users, the Update License option will add them as soon as the order is processed).

    • Release License: Will inform the Nectari manufacturer that the license is released. This will disconnect all the users connected. This is necessary before proceeding with an upgrade or a server migration.

    • Refresh: Will refresh your information after updating the license.
