Distribution Page

The Distribution page enables you to create new jobs, manage existing jobs, and see at a glance when jobs ran last and when they are next scheduled to run.

  1. Navigate to the Administration section by clicking .
  2. Click Distribution in the left pane.
  3. Select a job.

The panel on the right provides the following options when a job is selected. When there is no job, only the Create Job and Refresh Screen Data options are available.

Distribution Panel Option Description
Create Job Creates a new distribution.
Refresh Screen Data Refreshes the status of all the jobs in the grid.
Run Runs the selected job immediately, allowing the administrator to test the different jobs that are scheduled. Be aware that the email will be generated and sent to all the users defined in the job.
Enable/Disable Enables or disables the selected distribution.
Delete Job Removes the selected distribution from the list.
Job Properties

Gives access to Job Properties to set the distribution.

Note

All the Job Properties within each tab must be defined before saving, otherwise errors will occur.

Copy Job Copies the selected distribution and adds it to the list with the (Copy) mention
