Resetting the Password

If you forgot your password, you will have to reset it to get access to DataSync.

To reset your password:

1. On the Login page, click Forgot your password?.
   

   

2. In the Username field, enter the user name you used for the registration.
   

   

3. Click Submit.
4. Click the link in the email you received and follow the instructions to reset your password.
