Preliminary Configuration

Missing components will be detected during the Nectari application installation and will be installed automatically, namely .Net Framework 4.8, Visual C++ 2015-2019 Redistribuable, ASP .NET Core 6.0.3, and IIS roles.

In cases where the server must not be restarted during the installation, the following components must be installed manually beforehand:

• .Net Framework 4.8: You can download and install it manually from the internet: "https://dotnet.microsoft.com/download/dotnet-framework/net48".

  .Net Framework 4.8 is required to install Nectari Server - Win64.exe and Nectari Excel Add-in – x64.exe.

  Note

  .Net Framework 4.8 will be installed automatically during the installation of Excel Add-in.

 

To ensure proper data reading with an Oracle database, the following libraries are required:

• If using DLL 121.2, you need the Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 x64 Redistributable library.

• If using DLL 122.1, you need the Microsoft Visual C++ 2013 x64 Redistributable library.
