Securing the Central Point Configurator

If for instance the customer wants to change his SMTP, the password or SQL user, this can only be done through the Central Point Configurator.

You need to change the permissions of the Central Point Configurator otherwise it won't be able to write to the Central Point to record changes.

  1. Press the Windows key + R to open the Run window.
  2. Enter inetmgr and press the Enter key.
