Improvements

Web Server

  • Improved the order of resolving data upon opening and refreshing a workbook by first fetching existing data extractions before NECFormulas.

Distribution

  • Jobs are now disabled if they have no view or Excel Add-in view.

DataSync

  • The Load by Partition function is now available for the ODBC connector with Sage 100 ProvideX.

Universal Data Model (UDM)

  • The "UDM_Budget in Work" (for Month and Quarter) Info Page has been modified to now include extra parameters in the "Add lines to budget" functionality.

  • The Budget ID field & prompt, which is a combination of budget name, revision and year, has been created and used in the Info Page.

Fixes

Installation

  • When upgrading DataSync, there were occasionally missing dlls even though it was successfully installed.

  • When upgrading from Version 2024 Release 2 (and below) to 2024 Release 9, DataSync did not correctly upgrade.

Web Server

  • The workbook threw an error when using operators "Contains, not contains, starts with or ends with" with a value surrounded by single quotes within Specific joins.

  • In the Reporting Tree, the Save button was still active even when an error message indicated that a node couldn't be saved.

  • In the Pivot Wizard, an error occurred when users tried to delete an existing field.

  • Fields could be left blank under the filters for a formula or data extraction in the workbook, causing errors when saving or creating.

  • Fixed calendar display issue and Prompt date format in the Dashboard Filtering Panel.

  • Filtering based off a date within a formula or data extraction did not work as intended.

  • An empty block was added on the Filter layout at the bottom if users confirmed with no value entered in the Global Selection Page.

  • When expanding a null group in a worksheet, the null filter was not applied to the data displayed.

  • In French, the term "Total" was not correctly placed inside of the Total section within the Pivot.

OLAP Manager

  • The Details icon was missing, causing users to be unable to read error messages in the Logs page.

  • When performing a Load All or Refresh, the OLAP Group ID was not displaying correctly.

Distribution

  • If using a filter, users were unable to move users or groups the first time into the right-hand window.

  • When users added a view to a distribution job and tried to edit it, the window would crash and cause an error, deleting the added views from the list.

DataSync

  • Usernames were case sensitive, producing a login error if not entered exactly like it was created.

  • When "Remove tables, fields and indexes" was checked during the Build and Validate process, extractions with an ODBC connector (e.g. Sage 100 ProvideX) would throw an error.

  • In an extraction with Oracle as a source, decimal values were sometimes rounded imprecisely when the precision was less than 16.

  • In an extraction with Oracle as a source, the decimal scale was set to 127 on Custom table from SQL Query.

  • Incremental Load would sometimes fail if there was a Binary/Raw field that was synchronized.

  • In an ODBC extraction, the Unique Identifier was not added sometimes in the destination.
