Grant Positions - Inception to Date
The Grant Positions - Inception to Date report serves as an internal record-keeping tool and a valuable resource for future grant applications and strategic planning for a non-profit organization. This report focuses specifically on grants the organization has received. It provides a comprehensive record of all grants ever awarded, which allows the non-profit to track funding trends, identify major donors or granting agencies, and analyze the types of projects typically funded. The report also helps with grant management and reporting, helping with these tasks by listing details such as:
-
Grantor Name
-
Award Amount
-
Revenue
-
Remaining Draw
-
Expenditures
-
Remaining Spend
-
Grant Period
-
Project Status
This report also helps with strategic planning and future grant applications, because by analyzing past grant awards, the non-profit can identify areas where they have been successful in securing funding. This informs future grant proposals by allowing them to tailor applications to programs that align with their mission and past successes.
Finally, the Grant Positions - Inception to Date Report also demonstrates an organization's expertise and track record. When applying for new grants, a well-maintained version of this report can be included in the proposal package. This demonstrates to potential donors the non-profit's experience in managing grants, their funding history, and the impact they've achieved through past grants.
