Filtering

All reports in the Grant section have the same report structure that can be customized based on the Account Grouping of Sage Intacct. The following mapping needs to be changed in the Mapping Sheet of each report.

  • Company (Tenant ID)

  • Year

  • Month

  • Parent Fund

  • Budget (for some reports only)

  • Fund

  • Book

  • Department

  • Projects

Grant Positions - Inception to Date

The Grant Positions - Inception to Date report serves as an internal record-keeping tool and a valuable resource for future grant applications and strategic planning for a non-profit organization. This report focuses specifically on grants the organization has received. It provides a comprehensive record of all grants ever awarded, which allows the non-profit to track funding trends, identify major donors or granting agencies, and analyze the types of projects typically funded. The report also helps with grant management and reporting, helping with these tasks by listing details such as:

  • Grantor Name

  • Award Amount

  • Revenue

  • Remaining Draw

  • Expenditures

  • Remaining Spend

  • Grant Period

  • Project Status

This report also helps with strategic planning and future grant applications, because by analyzing past grant awards, the non-profit can identify areas where they have been successful in securing funding. Grants - Actual vs Budget

This report shows the lists of grants with the actual spending compared to the budget spending. It also includes the Inception to Date information.

Two versions of the report are available: one compares the YTD vs. the Inception to Date, while the other compares MTD vs. YTD.
