Using Reports
Save
To save an open report:
- Click
and select Save.
To save a report as a new file:
- Click and select Save As.
Sharing
The same sharing option icon 
in views is available to reports. Refer to Sharing for more details on how to share the file.
Selection Page
If the report is set to open a selection page (at the time of saving or changing its properties) this
option 
allows to change the selection. Reports use Global Selection Pages only.
Preview
The Preview icon 
will display the elements on the screen to review before printing. Click twice to
exit the preview mode.
Last Cube Refresh Date
When worksheets from a cube are used, it is possible to see when the cubes were last refreshed by
hovering over the 
icon.
