Browser Requirements

Nectari is a Web Server application that is available through the enterprise network, online or the cloud.

Although all web browsers are compatible with the application without specific recommendations, Google Chrome is the preferred browser to use with Nectari.

Every time an upgrade is done to the Web Server, the Administrator must remind users to empty the cache and cookies of their Internet browser. This is particularly important to ensure the proper function of the Data Model Designer.

To delete the cache and cookies for Chrome:

  1. Open Google Chrome.
  2. Do the command Ctrl + Shift + Del to open the Clear browsing data window.
  3. In the Time range drop-down list, select All time.

  4. Tick the Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files checkboxes and click Clear data.

To delete the cache and cookies for Firefox:

  1. Open Firefox.
  2. Do the command Ctrl + Shift + Del to open the Clear Recent History window.
  3. In the Time range to clear drop-down list, select Everything.

  4. Tick the Browsing & Download History, Cookies , Cache checkboxes and click Clear now.

To delete the cache and cookies for Microsoft Edge:

  1. Open Microsoft Edge.
  2. Do the command Ctrl + Shift + Del to open the Clear browsing data window / tab.
  3. Unselect the Preserve Favorites website data option.
  4. Select the Browsing History, Cookies and saved website data and Cached data and files options.
  5. Click Clear.
