Dimensions and Measures
Views are based on an existing data model; all the fields are made available to the view, and are categorized as Dimensions, Measures or Descriptions.
These are placed under the Groups, Pivots or Columns sections. Making these selections define the structure of the view.

Groups: Groups contain the drill-down structure of the view and the visual order of the fields.

Pivots: Pivots create a series of column values based on the selected fields placed under this section.

Columns: Columns contain the list of fields represented in the view that are not grouped.
The sections can be modified from the Worksheet Properties menu.
- In the Settings menu (right panel), click
and select Groups / Columns / Pivots.
- Click one of the value within the Groups / Columns / Pivots section and select the desired
properties you want to apply to customize the view.Tip
To show or hide the Groups , Pivots, Columns sections, click
and then click their respective names.
To move a field:
- Select the field in the Groups, Pivots or Columns section then drag and drop it to the desired position.
