Searching views

The Search bar is located right below the titles of the Data Models and Views, Dashboards, Reports, Workbooks (Preview) and Favorites tabs. You can search by Name or by ID.

Search by name:

• In the appropriate tab, type the text contained in the name to start the search. The Search feature will locate the Data Models and Views, Dashboard, Reports, Workbooks (Preview) and Favorites that contain this number.
  Example

  Here, we enter Sales in the Data Models and Views tab.
  

  

Search by ID:

• In the Data Models and Views tab, enter the ID number. The Search feature will locate Views and Data Models that contain this number.

  Note

  This feature is available only for Data Models and Views.

  The ID number can be found by hovering over the View. You will get the ID of the view and the one of its data model.

  Here, we enter 490000526 in the Search bar.
