When experimenting an issue with the Central Point Configurator:

  1. Verify if you have a log file in the following path: C:\inetpub\wwwroot\CPConfiguratorClient\App_Data\LogYYYYMMDD.txt.
  2. If so, look at it to view a potential more detailed error message.
