Change Password

Change Password updates your account password directly from the Excel Add-in, without opening a browser or accessing Nectari. This option is only available when your environment uses Basic Authentication. Make sure your new password meets the password policies defined by your administrator before applying the change.

important

If your environment uses Windows Authentication or Single Sign-On (SSO), this option does not appear in the Add-ins tab.

Access Change Password from the Add-ins tab.

Update your password​

  1. Open the Add-ins tab and select Change Password.
  2. Enter your Current Password.
  3. Enter your New Password and confirm it in the Confirm Password field.
  4. Click Ok to apply.
