Budget (Real Time)
The Budget (Real Time) data model provides a real-time view of budget data from Sage Intacct. It is organized around core financial dimensions including account, location, department, subaccount, and financial period, and displays period-based budget values without transaction-level processing or complex transformations. Use this data model to track budgets, analyze variances, and support planning activities without putting unnecessary load on your ERP system. Because the underlying Sage Intacct query requires a location value, the Data Model Preview button is disabled for this data model.
This data model is built around a specific structure that requires precise parameters to return data correctly. Creating custom views directly inside this data model is not recommended as they will not have the required setup to function properly.
