Nectari Copilot Credits Usage
This page explains how credit usage works for Nectari Copilot Professional, including how different actions consume credits. With a Professional license, you receive 7,500 credits per month. Additional credits are available through Nectari’s pay-as-you-go model if needed.
Understand credits
Credits are the units that measure Nectari Copilot usage. Every interaction, whether asking a question, generating insights, analyzing data, or summarizing content, consumes credits based on the size and complexity of the request.
Your Professional license includes 7,500 monthly credits. Credits represent the amount of AI processing required to handle each request, so you don't need to think about technical concepts like tokens.
If you use more than the included credits, Nectari Copilot continues to work through pay-as-you-go billing. You can set a monthly spending limit control additional usage. Any extra usage within that limit is billed at the end of your monthly cycle.
What affects credit consumption
Credit usage depends on how much information Nectari Copilot needs to process and the context required to generate a response.
- Prompt and response size
Longer questions and more detailed answers consume more credits. - Conversation context
Nectari Copilot includes up to the last 10 messages in its reasoning to maintain continuity, which can increase usage. - Amount of data analyzed
Credit usage scales with the volume of data sent, for example an expanded worksheet or a dashboard with multiple views. - Data model complexity
Models with relationships, calculations, and structured data require more processing.

The values below are estimates. Actual usage varies based on how much information Nectari Copilot needs to process and the factors above. The Estimated Monthly Uses column shows how many times you can perform that action alone with a 7,500-credit Professional license.
