Open Job Status

The Open Job Status data model tracks all currently open jobs from the Job Cost module. It includes measures like number of open jobs, job status, department, and job type. Use it to review which jobs are open, how they're distributed across departments, and how their status changes over time.

How to use this data model​

  • Review all open jobs to see what's currently active and where each job stands.
  • Break down open jobs by department to understand workload distribution.
  • Track open job trends over time to spot increases or decreases in active jobs.
  • Filter by job type to focus on specific categories of work.
