The Items data model covers item level cost, pricing, and inventory data. It includes measures like standard unit cost, standard unit price, last total unit cost, average unit cost, and total quantity on hand. Use it to review item pricing, compare cost metrics, and monitor inventory levels.

How to use this data model​

  • Compare cost metrics across items using standard, average, and last total unit cost to spot pricing inconsistencies.
  • Review inventory levels using quantity on hand to identify overstocked or understocked items.
  • Track recently added items with the New Items Last 30 Days view to stay on top of inventory changes.
