CFO Financial Performance Overview
The CFO Financial Performance Overview dashboard covers four areas of financial health: performance, profitability, liquidity, and leverage. It brings together year to date revenue and income figures, return ratios, working capital metrics, and debt ratios in a single view. Use this dashboard to assess overall financial position, track how key ratios evolve over time, and compare current year figures against last year.
It is structured around the same four categories for both KPIs and charts. Each KPI group shows the current state of a financial area, while the matching chart below shows how those metrics move month by month. This makes it straightforward to spot a ratio change in the KPIs and then trace when it started in the chart.
How to use this dashboard
- Assess overall financial performance using year to date revenue, gross profit, and net income.
- Monitor profitability ratios like ROA, ROE, and ROCE to understand how effectively capital and assets are generating returns.
- Track liquidity through working capital, current ratio, and cash and AR levels to evaluate short term financial flexibility.
- Review leverage using debt ratios to understand how much of the business is funded by debt vs. equity.
Key performance indicators (KPIs) are displayed at the top of the dashboard. They give you an at a glance summary of the current cost situation and update based on the filters you apply.
