Invoice History

The Invoice History data model combines invoice level transactions with customer, salesperson, and product details to give a complete view of your sales activity. It includes measures like sales amount, cost of sales, profit amount, unit price, unit cost, and quantities for ordered, shipped, backordered, and on hand, along with prior year comparisons to track performance over time. Use it for sales reporting, profitability analysis, and monitoring trends across customers, products, and salespeople.

  • Measure salesperson performance by comparing revenue across the team for commission reviews.
  • Track profitability trends by comparing sales against costs month over month to catch margin changes early.
